From designer, Patty Hurwitz of Stitchers' Village Designs, this is "Shadows" . The design stitch count is 42x141 for shadows text chart and 50x59 for attic and 40x58 for belfry. Included with the chart are the three 1102T bat buttons from Just Another Button Company and one tiny ghost button from Hob Nob. Please note that I only have a very few of these precious ghost buttons left and they are a find!
